Brian Smyth, author of The Courage to be True, is inviting you to join with him and a collection of experienced people to explore and find out how we can be true to ourselves and to others in our work lives and in organisations in general.

The forum is based on the conviction that unless we have the courage to be authentic and true to ourselves and our real values, we will never know true satisfaction or success in our working and ordinary lives and our organisations and society in general will pay the price, as they are already doing.

This will be a very different forum where the  intention is not to hear ready-made answers, or get ‘silver bullets’ from ‘experts’ but to work together to share  experiences and ideas on confronting the challenges in bringing about that much-needed shift in how organisations can work in the future.
